week 6: good diet

 Recently, I read an article about anorexia and bulimia. Both of them are common eating disorder.An anorexics biggest fear is becoming overweight and continue to think they are overweight even after they become extremely thin, are very ill or near death. Often they will develop strange eating habits such as refusing to eat in front of other people. Sometimes the individuals will prepare big meals for others while refusing to eat any of it. The goal for an anorexic is to find ways to avoid eating food and exercising for long hours in order to keep the pounds off.
Bulimia is known as the "binge-purge syndrome" and was once considered to be in the same category of anorexia until recently. This syndrome mostly occurs in females starting in their late teens and who say that episodes of binge eating occur two or three times a week. The prevalence of bulimia may be as great as one-in-six tertiary students. Bulimics often feel as thought they have no control over their lives. So, it is a struggle between uncontrollable eating and desperate attempts to purge excessive food.
 There are many other healthy ways to get an ideal weight. By eating according food's pyramid and exercise are the best way to get an ideal weight and healthy.

There are few tips for you to get an ideal weight:
  1. Drinks lot of plain water.
  2. Do not take drugs, alcohol and cigarets
  3. Exercises.
  4. Eat healthy foods.
  5. Reduce sugar and salt in your cooking.
  6. Get enough rests.
I am on my diet mode. I hope I can get an ideal weight. Wish me luck!
